TIFFANY CANDLE LAMP.

Tiffany candle lamp has gold favrile base with swirled ribbing supporting a gold iridescent pulled feather font/riser. Lamp is finished with a cone shaped shade with a band of green hooked feather design encircling the bottom of the shade against a cream colored background. The interior of the shade is finished in gold iridescence with strong pink and blue highlights. Shade is signed on inside of fitter “L.C.T.” Base is signed on the underside “L.C.T.” SIZE: 15″ t. Tiffany Studios table lamp has gold Damascene shade with bright gold iridescence and subtle flashes of pink. Shade is signed on the fitter “L.C.T.” and rests on a Tiffany Studios oil base with bulbous body, four lily pad feet and a three arm spider. Base is incised with a geometric band surrounding the body and is finished in a dark brown patina. Signed on the underside “Tiffany Studios New York 11408”. SIZE: Shade 13-3/4″ dia. Lamp 19″ t. CONDITION: Shade is very good to excellent with one small shell shaped flake at the edge of the top rim. Base has been electrified by cutting the top of the burner and adding a socket. Tiffany Studios desk lamp has bronze base with artichoke foot. Stem flares with three arms to create the shade spider with a central stem supporting a single socket. Base supports a favrile glass shade with green iridescent ground and blue iridescent linear decoration around the top half of the shade. Lower half of shade is decorated with platinum iridescent swirls with another platinum iridescent band at top and bottom of swirls. Tiffany Studios copper and bronze tea service includes a coffee pot, tea pot on stand with warming lamp, a small tea pot, covered sugar bowl and a dregs bowl along with two large trays. One tray has copper handles while the other has applied bronze handles. Coffee pot, tea pot, creamer and covered sugar all have carved wooden handles. Handles on the creamer and covered sugar are lighter colored wood then those on the pots. Each piece is signed “Tiffany Studios New York”. SIZE: Coffee pot 9″ t. Trays 31-1/2″ from handle to handle. Early Tiffany Studios candelabra has circular platform foot set with green glass cabochon jewels. A cast stylized floral design adorns the top of the platform and turns into curving stems leading to the reticulated glass candle cups. Candelabra is finished in a brown patina and the candle cups retain original bobeche inserts. Set consists of 4 blotter corners, pen tray, bronze and glass letter opener and a bronze acid etched letter opener, small round inkwell with glass insert, pen wipe, paper clip, stamp box, small tray on four ball feet, bill hook, a pen rack and a pen wipe urn without the insert. Tiffany Studios table lamp has nicely mottled green geometric background panels and is further decorated with a band of dogwood flowers surrounding the shade in shades of yellow and amber with blue and green leaves, all entwined with dark brown dogwood branches. The centers of several of the dogwood blossoms are done in confetti glass and the shade is signed on the inside “Tiffany Studios New York 1555”. Tiffany Studios double student lamp has applied bronze Moorish decoration to the oil font and to the round platform foot. Unsigned. Bronze base supports two gold iridescent favrile shades with blue iridescent wave lines. One shade shows strong pink and purple highlights near the top where the other shows even stronger pink, blue and purple highlights. One shade is marked in the fitter “G14” the other “G19”. Tiffany Studios bronze inkwell in the Bookmark pattern has deeply molded panels with various types of vegetation and smaller panels with center medallions. Tiffany Studios inkwell is most likely a special order. It is done in cast bronze with individual panels impressed with alternating designs of dragons and flowing flowers. Bronze has a light hammered finish and carries a rich dark brown patina with green and red highlights. Inkwell insert is a stylized flower form with gold iridescent finish showing very strong blue and purple highlights. Inset is complete with its original matching lid. TIFFANY STUDIOS ART DECO BLOTTER ENDS.

Tiffany Studios large blotter ends are decorated in the Art Deco pattern with mottled green and orange enameled decoration against a bronze background with dark brown patina. The dark brown patina is only on the top of the blotter ends, with a gold patina on the edges and underside. Each blotter has a felt pad glued to the underside so no signature is visible. OIL ON CANVAS BY SARAH HANLEY.

The focal point of this painting is a large tree that is transitioning from summer to fall with autumnal hues at its crown, ranging from a stunning burnt vermilion to softened golds. Below this crown and seeming to graze the ground are spindly branches, already bare in beautiful juxtaposition to the verdant earth they touch. In the grassy carpet of the foreground and glancing views of the background, one sees the last vestiges of a summer soon to pass. One can truly see the melding of Tiffany’s influences with Sarah Hanley’s own talent. The visually pleasing group of flowers beside the pond are almost Impressionist in their softly variegated colorations while the shrubbery behind them is high Art Nouveau to the point of being reminiscent of Tiffany’s own stained glass windows. The pond on which the flowers cast their shadowy image is a reflection of the brooding background sky that is almost completely obscured by tall trees and their foliage in duskily backlit tones of hunter green. Steuben lamp base has moss agate shaft with swirling colors of amber, red, purple, black and gray and is further decorated with a crackle interior. Shaft rests on a cast brass foot with stylized leaf decoration around the edge as well as around the bottom of the shaft. Shaft is topped by a cast brass cap with drapery design surrounding the edge and stylized leaves decorating the top. It supports a vertically ribbed stem, two socket cluster and matching finial. Steuben Venetian style urn is done in amber glass with applied celeste blue lip and edge of foot as well as prunts around the body. German beer set is colorfully enameled with whimsical bearded elves drinking beer. Enameled decoration is set against a transparent amber glass background. Austrian bronze table lamp has Art Nouveau design with stylized tree base with arms flaring out with stylized leaf ends attaching to the shade ring. Bronze dome shade is incised with flowing branches and leaves and is further decorated with six dark amber molded chunk jewels. Skirt of the shade ring is set with round and oval opalescent glass cabochons. Lamp is finished with yellow opalescent short prisms surrounding the bottom of the skirt. 14k white gold lady’s ring has a center faceted blue Burmese sapphire measuring 11.23 x 8.75 x 5.55. Sapphire is surrounded by 33 baguette diamonds and the shank of the ring is mounted with two rows of round brilliant cut diamonds on each side. Ring is stamped on the inside of the shank 14k. Sapphire comes with a prestige gem report from American Gemological Laboratories Document #CS60715 dated May 12, 2014. Document states that the carat weight of the sapphire is 5.10ct and the origin of the sapphire is Burma (Myanmar). A pair of butterfly lustre candlesticks with brightly colored butterflies against a mottled blue background. Melba cup is signed with gold Portland vase mark, “Wedgwood Made in England” and “Z4825 xo”. Wedgwood Fairyland Lustre footed tray on three feet is decorated in the Nizami pattern with a center medallion showing two Middle Eastern horsemen stopped alongside a begger woman all set against a flame sky and dark green background with geometric gilded border. Bowl rests on three porcelain feet and is signed on the underside with brown Portland vase mark “Wedgwood Made in England Z5494”. Shape 3546, page 67 Una des Fontaines . SIZE: 6-3/8″ dia. CONDITION: There are three tight hairline stress lines running between the three porcelain feet.
