MOSER AMBERINA DECORATED DECANTER.

Moser amberina decanter is decorated with very heavy applied green glass grape leaves and equally as heavy applied purple glass grapes. Decanter is further decorated with an applied and enameled bird resting upon a grape cluster. Applied aqua blue glass handle extends down the body and across creating the grape vines. The rest of the decanter is decorated with brightly colored enamel grape leaves as well as insects. Decanter is finished with an applied rigaree collar at the neck and matching original stopper. Decanter is pictured in the book Moser Glass: The Klabin Collection by Gary D. Baldwin, pg. 69, plate 82. SIZE: 14-3/4″ t. PROVENANCE: George Klabin Collection.
