Moser cobalt blue dresser box is heavily enameled with a decoration of birds resting amongst dense floral growth. The box is decorated on all sides and top and is finished with brass handles, collar, lock and feet. Box is pictured in the book Moser Glass: The Klabin Collection by Gary D. Baldwin, pg. 60, plate 70 right. SIZE: 4-1/2″ w x 3″ d x 4-3/4″ t. PROVENANCE: George Klabin Collection. CONDITION: Very good to excellent with some very minor wear to gilding.
