WINCHESTER MODEL 1894 SADDLE RING CARBINE WITH TANG SIGHT.

SN 108893. Cal. 38-55. 20″bbl. Blue finish. Straight grained American walnut stocks with carbine butt. Standard carbine sights with folding tang sight. CONDITION: Good to very good. Bbl and magazine tube show an even gray-brown patina with bright blue in protected areas around the front and rear sights. Some abrasions on the top and sides of the bbl. Sights are good with a replaced front blade. Bore is frosty with visible rifling. Bbl markings are sharp and clear. Receiver is a gray-brown patina overall with blue showing in area around saddle ring. There are some dents on top of receiver and bolt and a few scratches on right side of receiver. Hammer and lever are also gray-brown patina with slight traces of case color. Rear tang sight is good. Stocks are very good, slightly undersized and have been lightly cleaned. There is a small chip missing on the left side at the tang. Stocks show dents and scratches overall. Buttplate is gray-brown patina with erosion on heel and toe. Bbl band is also a gray-brown patina.
