SN 35770. Pre-war Sporting rifle can be used in semi-auto or bolt action mode. 26-1/2″ heavy bbl, Tangent rear sight, blue finish, checkered walnut pistol grip stock with cheek piece sling swivels. Spare magazine. CONDITION: Fine. Bbl retains 90% blue turning somewhat plum, slight cleaning marks around front sight. Slight muzzle wear with some staining. Bore is frosty with strong rifling. Tangent sight is very good. Receiver retains 80% blue with some browning at top of receiver. Bolt retains 60% bright blue with some plum brown. Bolt handle shows 80% blue with some scratches. Bottom metal shows 90% blue. Stock is very fine with only slight handling marks. Pistol grip is finely checkered with a fluted end cap. Hard rubber buttplate is fine with only minor dents.
