WEDGWOOD FAIRYLAND LUSTRE NAZAMI BOWL.

Fairyland Lustre Daventry bowl is decorated with a circular panel in the bottom of the bowl depicting a king watching the physicians dual. Interior sides of the bowl are decorated with a border of gazelles running through fields of foliage. The green gazelles and foliage are set against a background of lighter jade green. Exterior of the bowl is decorated with stylized red flowers set against panels of bright orange with bottom exterior edge of bowl trimmed in green with gilded border. Signed on the underside with gold Portland vase mark, “Wedgwood Made in England” as well as an Issod Collection paper label. SIZE: 6-5/8″ dia. PROVENANCE: Betty & Leonard Issod Collection.
