SN 151355. Cal. 12 ga. Fine Spanish sidelock over/under shotgun manufactured by Aguirre Y Aranzabal. Case colored action with hand detachable locks featuring dbl underlug and cross bolt locking system and cocking indicators. Full coverage rose and scroll engraving. Bbl 1: 28″ vent rib. Fixed MOD & FULL chokes with steel front and mid beam. Bbl 2: 28″ vent rib. IMP-CYL & IMP-MOD fixed chokes with steel front and mid beam. Both bbls have 2-3/4″ chambers as denoted by “12-70″ markings on water table. With single non-selective trigger, auto ejectors, trim walnut forearm with wraparound hand checkering. Forearm iron is scroll engraved with jeweled tang. Round knob stock of fancy walnut with hand checkering. LOP: 13-7/8″ over solid red London type pad and 3/4″ wood spacer. Drop at comb: 1-3/8″; drop at heel: 2-1/8”. Includes leather covered luggage case with green velour fitted interior for two sets of bbls, includes key. PROVENANCE: Remarkable William Larkin Moore Private Estate Collection of Fine Sporting Arms. CONDITION: Both sets of bbls retain good orig blue. Action shows most of its case colors, having light edge wear only. Stocks have very good satin refinish. Both sets of bbls with good bright bores.
