SN S 83036. Cal. .357 mag. 3-1/2″ bbl, blue finish. Checkered walnut grips. PROVENANCE: Larry Baer Estate Collection. CONDITION: Very fine, Revolver retains 98% blue as refinished after engraving. Adjustable rear sight, ramp front sight. Five screw frame with a pinned bbl. Engraving is full coverage on the frame, 50% coverage on the bbl and the cylinder. Engraving is of a scroll pattern and is well executed with a bead border. Smith & Wesson gold inlaid on left side of bbl, S&W .357 Magnum in gold on right side of bbl. S&W monogram gold inlaid on right side of frame, and Spider gold inlaid on bottom of frame in front of trigger guard. Hammer and trigger are machine turned. Grips are very good, with slight compression mark on left and right side. This is a very nice custom S-frame Smith & Wesson. 49428-36 TEP (2,000-3,000) – Lot 1342
