SN 711. Cal. 22 LR. 22″ sporter bbl with caterpillar front sight. G&H legend and SN on bbl. Springfield 1922 action with stippled front ring, jeweled bolt with checkered handle. Military floorplate modified with 5-round rimfire magazine. Lyman receiver sight, G&H single lever side mount with Zeiss “Zielklein” scope. Mounted in finely figured American walnut stock with ebony forend tip, wrap around multi-point checkering, pancake cheekpiece, finely checkered steel buttplate with trapdoor. Silver stock oval with initials “WBA”. CONDITION: Very fine. Orig finishes have been faithfully restored and rejuvenated. Some thinning at carry points and sharp edges, light oxidation on floorplate, trigger guard and grip cap. Scope is worn from use.
