*BEAUTIFUL REMINGTON 1894 CE GRADE.SN 123180. 12 Ga. 30″ American Flag Bunting Damascus bbls. 3″ chambers. Choked: MOD/MOD. Full length matted rib with steel front bead. Tops of bbls marked “REMINGTON ARMS CO ILION NY USA”. Double triggers, automatic ejectors, automatic safety. Full pistol grip buttstock with silver shield with 14″ LOP over Remington Arms Co monogrammed and checkered butt. Beautiful straight grain walnut with 3-point checkering. Splinter forend with Curtis release, checkered in standard 2-point pattern. Receiver lightly engraved in traditional C grade pattern with burst of scroll and marked “REMINGTON ARMS CO” on both sides. Bottom of frame lightly scroll engraved. Trigger guard bow lightly scroll engraved with zig-zag pattern. Most screw heads engraved in floral pattern. Weight: 8 lb 4 oz. PROVENANCE: The Estate of B.E. “Andy” Anderson. CONDITION: Excellent. Bbls retain 95-98% beautiful contrast Stars and Stripes pattern. Receiver retains 60-70% orig case color, starting to tone and fade. Trigger guard retains around half its orig blue, toned at tang. Forearm iron has toned. Buttstock and forearm with various light marks and scratches throughout, retains 95% hand rubbed oil finish. Mechanics are excellent. Bores are bright and shiny, chambers having been lengthened.
