Bbl is matte finish stainless, marked “Cooper Firearms of Montana Inc., Stevensville, MT, U.S.A.” Receiver shows 98% matte blue finish, bolt handle 98% blue, trigger guard 98% matte blue finish, bore is excellent, scope has clear optics with Leupold mounts. Stock is very fine with finely checkered pistol grip and orig Pachmayr buttpad. Stock has minor handling marks with some mars on bottom in front of trigger guard. Sling swivel eyes are present.
