Large Parian figurine depicts a Victorian woman sitting in a garden with flowers below her seat. She is wrapped in a shroud with arms outstretched. Signed on the side of the square base “Eug. Mariton”. SIZE: 27″ t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. The side of where she is sitting has an oblong opening in line with her open hand, leading us to believe there may have been something attached and held in her hand. 5-68560 (2,000-4,000) – Lot 1556
