SN 40347S74. Cal. 12 ga. 2-3/4” Chambers. 30″ Bbls are unmarked for choke, and are fitted with choke tubes,and have wide, “broadway” ventilated rib with Bradley white front, and small white mid, beads. They are marked “FABRIQUE NATIONALE HERSTAL BELGIQUE” on left side. “MADE IN BELGIUM” is on right. Coin finished, rounded, Browning OU action has gold-plated sgl selective trigger. Action is engraved with full coverage of tight medium simple scroll within beaded borders. No engravers signature found. Nicely marbled European walnut long tang flat knob buttstock measures 14-5/8″ over brown leather covered pad. Point pattern checkering with double line borders is at grip. Typical FN fluted drop points are behind side panels. Matching 1-pc forend is of schnabeled “superlight” type. Bore diameter: top -.724, bottom -.723. Bore restrictions: top: screw chokes, bottom: screw chokes. Drop at heel: 1-3/4″, drop at comb: 1-1/2″. Weight: 7 lbs 10 oz. LOP: 14-5/8″. Tan Browning Hartman case is lined in off white faux fur with instruction booklet inside. PROVENANCE: Rod Fuller Estate Collection. CONDITION: Excellent, showing little use, with only a few light handling and assembly marks on wood and metal. Two deep notches are on left side of gripknob. Gold of trigger is slightly fading.
