RARE TINY BROWN BISQUE JULES STEINER DOLL. Seldom found cabinet size pale brown bisque socket head incised “J Steiner Bte S.G.D.G. Paris Fre A 1”. She has tiny brown glass eyes, closed mouth, and well painted lashes and brow. On a fully jointed body with color well matched to the head and stamped in blue “Le Petit Parisien BEBE STEINER”. She is dressed in what is probably her original cotton chemise dress with matching hat, antique leather shoes and remnants of an original black mohair wig. SIZE: 8-1/2″ (22cm) t. CONDITION: Overall very good, however has loss of color to nose tip. 1-11425 (1,500-2,500)
