TWO PARIAN TYPE SHOULDER HEAD DOLLS. 1) Larger doll is incised “131 9″ and has beautifully molded blond hair with curls on forehead, deep comb marks and has a closed mouth with inset blue glass eyes. Body is a newer muslin stuffed body with antique bisque forearms but with newer parian-type legs with molded and painted boots. 2) Smaller doll is a parian lady with cafe au lait hair upswept to expose the ears and a molded decorated front shoulder plate to simulate the edges of the blouse and also having a blue enameled ribbon at the neckline. She too is on a newer body with parian limbs and molded and painted shoes. SIZE: Larger is 21″ (53cm). Smaller is 15” (38cm). CONDITION: Larger doll is very good. Smaller doll has a restoration on the shoulder plate. 1-11205 (400-600)
