PRETTY CLOSED MOUTH GERMAN CHILD. Oval shaped bisque head doll with round eye cuts and brown glass sleep eyes, narrow closed painted mouth and head is incised “IX”. She is on her original straight wrist heavy German body with separate ball joints at the shoulders and has a nice original finish. She is elaborately costumed with a cream silk French style dress with antique lace overlay and purple braid trim as well as having a nice antique blond mohair wig over cork pate with homemade shoes and hat to match the costume. SIZE: 19″ (48cm). CONDITION: Very good. 1-11366 (500-800)
