ADALINA PATTI TYPE CHINA SHOULDER HEAD DOLL. Large example with black hair parted in center drawn into tight vertical curls in back with asymmetrical curls framing face. She is on a replacement muslin body with china forearms and legs with molded stockings and boots. SIZE: 28″ (71cm). CONDITION: Very good. 1-11199 (300-500)
