RMS LUSITANIA SELF-FRAMED TIN STEAMSHIP SIGN. Colorful illustration of the Cunard Lines steamship The Lusitania underway on her run between New York and Liverpool. The Lusitania was built in Glasgow in 1906. On May 1, 1915 during her run from New York to Liverpool, she was torpedoed by a German U-boat, and sunk with the loss of over 1,000 civilians.
