UNMARKED GERMAN TURNED SHOULDER HEAD DOLL. Closed mouth German fashion doll probably by Alt, Beck and Gottschalk with closed mouth inset glass blue eyes, well defined shoulder, looking slightly to the right with solid dome head. Mounted on an all leather German body with gussets at the hips and knees and has bisque forearms. She is dressed in a pleated silk skirt with printed silk blouse and wears a newer honey blond mohair wig with braids wrapped around the back of her head. Accompanying her is an antique long white dress, fancy straw hat with burgundy ribbon and feathers, a burgundy cloth parasol with wooden handle, mother of pearl shell shaped purse, and an antique linen shawl with fringed edge.
