*VERY RARE SMITH & WESSON AIR CREWMAN DA REVOLVER. Cal. 38 Spcl. SN C289167. Blue/black finish, 5-screw frame, 2” bbl, alloy frame & cylinder without steel sleeves. It has case colored trigger & hammer with flat latch & diamond checkered Air Force medallion magna grips. The back strap is inscribed “Property of U.S. Air Force”. The bbl & cylinder are numbered “C237423” while the frame & grips are numbered “C289167”. There is a large “P” on the left lower forward part of the frame. Accompanied by a Bianchi linedleather belt holster. CONDITION: Extremely fine, as new. Appears to be unfired. Retains virtually all its fine original factory finish on the revolver. Grips show moderate wear with a couple of chips. Holster is extremely fine. 4-51897 JR661 (1,500-2,500)
