SPRINGFIELD MODEL 1873 TRAPDOOR RIFLE WITH BAYONET. SN. 68128, with improvements of 1879 including the rear sight and a short grip stock. Right side of the stock has been crudely carved with a running deer and the initials HF. Ramrod is missing. CONDITION: Traces of blue mixed with patina and dry grease, which also covers the wood. 4-47821 X27 (250-500)
