CARVED WOOD AND PAINTED BRANDT DECOY BY THE MASON DECOY FACTORY (DETROIT, MICH C. 1905). This decoy was once owned by the Gardiner family of Nantucket, MA and hunted at the Mothball Camp on Hummock Pond. The bird was at one time painted as a goose, and has been taken down with much of the original paint showing through. SIZE: 20 1/2″ l. CONDITION: Crack through top of body, otherwise very good. 9-92112 (600-800)
